Waterfowl Hunting:

water-decoy shooting and field shooting is available.
Large plantings of wildrice in many shallow waters
provide exceptional duck hunting for mallards, pintails,
teal, widgeon, scaups, redheads, canvasbacks and
ringnecks. You hunt from a natural shore blind or from a
boat or canoe hidden in the bulrushes or wild rice.
Large concentration from a staging area fed in the grain
fields of farms. Geese include canadians, snows, blues
and speckle-bellies.
Black Bear Hunting:
Top quality bear hunting with a high population
density and all colour phases. Each season,
record book bears are taken like the 508 pound
cinnamon scoring 20 9/16 ths. Special bowhunting
regions only. Rifle or bowhunting during the
spring and fall with a high 90% success. Tree
stand hunting over baited sites results in
trophy bears like the 500 pound black, scoring
20 4/16ths B.&C. New sites in new virgin areas
with multiple hit activity. You'll find all
color phases, trophy class animals, for rifle or
bow hunting.
