Central Manitoba Fly-In Fishing Lodge - Four Outcamps
Capacity main lodge is 12 people. Main lodge with six rooms and two central showers. Outcamps at four lakes. Fishing for Walleye, Northern pike, Lake Trout and Whitefish. The lodge is open May to September. Lodge can be accessed by winter road to cut down the costs of hauling in supplies.
Main lodge is licensed for 12, Outpost #1 is licenced for 6, Outpost #2 for 8, Outpost #3 for 6, and Outpost #4 for 6.
Assets include 17 boats, a newer pump in lake water system for the lodge, and a newer septic system.
There is a new managers cabin 1/2 finished at the lodge. Log cabins at outpost 1 & 2, a plywood cabin at #3 and enough lumber on hand to build the cabin at #4. At the lodge there is a 12 KW generator. Two 500 gallon fuel tanks, and a newer floating dock system that has room for 6 boats and an aircraft.
Owners are promoting Eco-Tourism to enhance the current operation.
