The lodge is situated on a private/secluded island deep in the wilderness of Northern Saskatchewan and offers over 5000 square miles of pristine waters teeming with trophy northern pike, lake trout, Canadian Walleye and Arctic Grayling. The lodge is equipped with a full dining area, tackle shop, kitchen, lounge, bar, computers and a library room. Guests stay in one of the out cabins which were hand built by the Cree and Dene First Nations people. Cabins feature wood burning stoves, hot showers, and a variety of bed sizes from Kings to Twins. The Lodge offers all the comforts of home in this Canadian wilderness paradise.
The owners have intentionally chosen to keep the guest numbers down….. Booking in up to 20 guests at any one time, the lodge can easily accommodate 55+ Guests at any one time as had been done in the past. Also potential exists for a new owner to choose to run through 100 guests every week by including the Outcamps. The smaller number of guests allows the staff to focus more on individual details. The cabins get daily housekeeping and a warm fire prepared by staff on those cool mornings and evenings.
The lodge offers top quality gear, new outboard motors each year and Satellite phones for the fly out camps. Some of the guests of the lodge have been coming back for 20+ years some for 35+ years as there has never been any reason for them to go anywhere else, this lodge offers everything and more than any fishing family could ever need or wish for in this pristine wilderness location. 80% of the guests are return guests averaged over a 10 year period. The trophy fishing on these lakes is without question, SECOND TO NONE.
